We recommend our customers utilize Route Shipping Insurance at checkout for all orders. This helps speed up a claim if you do run into a situation with a lost or stolen package.
How to file a claim (Route Insured packages)
After you completed in order and included the shipping insurance, Route should have emailed you a confirmation along with a Route Order ID. Try to find this email, and click the File Claim button. This will take you to their website, where you will enter the desired details to submit the claim. Route should respond within 48 hours, and your claim may be approved instantly unless they require more information from you.

If you need can't find your Route Order ID from the previous email, please email email@example.com with the name of the store (Affliction Clothing) and your Affliction Order #.
How to file a claim (USPS or FedEx)
If you did not opt for Route Shipping Insurance, then you will have to file a claim with USPS or FedEx, whoever the shipper was for your package. We cannot file the claim for you, as we cannot assume your identity.
After filing a claim with them, please forward the claim number to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will follow up to see if there was a resolution, but sometimes this may take several days. Please also anticipate a longer time during the holiday period, as USPS / FedEx experience a higher number of inquiries.
When we see how it was resolved with the carrier, we'll contact you on what other options we can provide for you regarding a refund or reorder.
