Some orders we receive may be flagged as suspicious. For our customers' security and protection against fraud, we may seek additional verification from the customer.
Situations that typically flag this are mismatched shipping/billing addresses, incorrect credit card holders' name and address, security code failures, or geolocation disparities.
If we do not get response within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled automatically and refund will be provided to the initial form of payment. The customer can try again to place another order.
