How do I change or cancel an order?

To cancel an order you recently completed, please contact customer service at 1-855-717-3963 or email us at [e-mail]. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is operated to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Since these orders are most likely to ship out the same day as an order is placed, we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. You will need to wait for the order to arrive to you, and initiate a return through our standard procedures.
